Now is the Time
As we head in to this new era of the tire business this year, more than most, it will take teamwork to thrive. From the C Tech lubing the door hinges on every oil change, to a strong business plan from the Owner. From top to bottom, our quality needs to be impeccable if we are to deliver customers. You are in charge of guiding your ship and it's a great time to talk to your employees, whether they're 25 year veterans or new recruits. Explain exactly what you expect from them or offer them a reference if they want to persue other opportunities. It's the meeting every boss needs with their employees right now.
